Sasha loves helping people navigate the ever changing real estate market in San Diego. She prides herself on providing the kind of professional personal service with attention to detail that you expect.

Sasha’s experience in finance, lending, and sales began after earning a B.A. degree in Business Finance from Point Loma Nazarene University. She then worked in the finance and mortgage loan industry. Her transition to residential real estate sales was a natural fit as home buying and selling is a major financial decision which she herself had done personally many times.

Sasha has built her business helping sellers accomplish their goals through intricate marketing plans, strategic pricing strategies using analytics and fierce negotiations. And helping buyers understand financing, locating the perfect home, and negotiating on their behalf. Additionally, she has experience working with attorneys and clients through specific legal transactions such as bankruptcy, probate, trust sales, short sales and divorce.

Having sold hundreds of homes in San Diego, Sasha has earned the San Diego Association of Realtors® Award for the last 5 years for her transaction volume, making her a top 5% agent in San Diego. She is focused when it comes to helping her clients with their real estate needs and enjoys that each clients needs are unique.

Sasha found San Diego to be her home over 25 years ago and takes pride in knowing San Diego neighborhoods, people, events, and landmarks that make San Diego special.

Jenn is a licensed transaction coordinator with over 10 years of experience in the business. She graduated from Cal State San Marcos with a Bachelors in Rhetoric and uses the combination of her education and industry experience to curate the ultimate buying/selling experience for our clients. She assists in the entire "contract to close" process and will be there to answer any questions as well as offer guidance and support throughout your buying and selling process.

Tasha brings several years of experience in the real estate industry, with a background in escrow, lending, and property management. As Sasha’s Marketing Manager, she oversees all social media channels, designs print marketing for active listings, and helps ensure each property is presented at its best. Tasha also coordinates client appreciation events and networking happy hours, creating meaningful connections within the community. Her diverse experience and creative approach make her an integral part of the team’s success.
